PROFUMI DI LAMOLE

Every year in June Lamole, a hamlet of Greve in Chianti, hosts in its small square the Chianti Classico wine producers of the area. The event kicks off with the ribbon-cutting ceremony and the opening of the various stands, where it is possible to taste the local wines and typical products of the area .Thanks to the direct relationship with the producers, it is possible to discover all the characteristics and secrets related to the tradition of Lamole wine production. The most important moment of the event is the creation of the “ninth wine.” Winemakers mix their best wine productions into a single container. The result obtained is a synthesis of values that is created by collective work, marked by passion and respect for tradition .
