GENERAL CONDITIONS

Cancellation/Variation :

We reserve the right to cancel the trip/ the experience withouth any penality in case of circumstances beyond our control.

When we have to chance the program due to reasons beyond our control, an alternative visit will be proposed without variation to the paid rate.

In the event of the cancelled reservation, the following fee will be applied:

Up to 7 days prior to arrival: NO CHARGE
Between 6 and 3 days prior to arrival: 50% of the paid rate
Less than 3 days prior to arrival: 100% of the paid rate
No refund is due to traveller who decide to interrupt the travel or their experience already started or in no-show cases.
